Her experience spans organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership coaching and development, workforce planning, and special projects, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution, Gina meets people and organizations where they are, providing the level of strategic guidance and hands-on support needed to move the business forward.
